Un très beau Gaillac, frais et mûr à la fois

Really fruity and smooth with the finish of a deeper red.

Tortilla face.

Herbal, brothy, serious funk on nose. See if some fruit pops up after some time decanting, but this is weird and tasty right now.

One of Nathan's wines from Red and White. So smooth and delicious.

Bio dynamic from Gallic. Funk on the nose. Blackberry and bilberry on the palate. Struggled abit with too much acidity with finish.

Deep, black berries. Savory, earthy, and stew-like herbs of sage and thyme. This is elegant, multi-faceted, and very subtle.

Decent. Not my favorite bottle but good.

Not as funky as I wanted but still earthy on the nose. Loads of ripe ripe fruit on the palate. Great deal too. Really stable and lovely bio dynamic.
