Great Bourgueil. Has everything you want in Cab Franc - gamey earthy notes balanced by blackberry, spicy pepper, and herbs. Medium body with a smooth finish. Will start having this on hand regularly.

Pungent black pepper when first poured turned into savory leafiness and then wild herbs over an hour in the glass, finally revealing a deep core of minerality but also some meatiness (made me recall Syrah), all balanced by blueberries, blackberries, and a zingy acidity. Not necessarily drink-me-delicious, but interesting and huge complexity-to-price ratio.
