So much going on here. Aromas of violets, black currant, raspberry, and just a little graphite. Fruit flavors intertwine with green bell pepper, raspberry, and pencil. Light bodied - at first soft and juicy but then firm with elegantly integrated grippy tannins. Finish of image evoking minerals.

Anazing wine from a great vintage. Beautiful fruit, layered, complex, you can really feel the tension, the balance. This has the structure to age beautifully. Dont drink it now. Give it another 10-15 years.

2011 Magnum. Freshly picked berries, maybe dirty underripe blueberry. Dirt funk. Fruit forward compared to the 750 ml bottle. Still outrageous.
