Raspberry, button mushrooms, pyrazines, brett. I like the funkiness and adds an extra dimension to this lean CF. Classic crunchy texture with elevated acid and minerality. 40 year old vines

Deep, dark, tart fruit, shading into black olive with its age. Precise and with a density I don't usually find in Bourgeuil. Fantasmo.

"Like a dusty book Harry potter found, in hagrids beard, on the nose" Lively on the palate showing age early, in a good way. Fruit is still alive but shedding the youthful fruit moving into complexity and depth.

Plums and pencil lead on the nose, tart cherries and crushed granite on the palate. This wine has the most incredible sharp, focused minerality. The Bretons, the OGs of the natural wine movement in the Loire, never disappoint.

Herbal, red floral and berry aromas, with loads of brambly blackberry and plum flavors. Tannins are medium and balanced by juicy acidity and 12% abv. I'm sure that this wine would cellar and age well if I had the patience. But no.
