Fairly green and citric Pinot. Could it need even longer to develop? Good bones but a bad(ish) bottle

Derain's '05 La Plante Chassey was the best Burgundy I had in 2009... Just found a bottle at Terroir, we shall see how it has developed.

Pours a sexy, delicate strawberry color, crystal clear and playful in the glass. Some volcanic, rocky notes on the nose and a strong herbal/floral structure on the palate point to carbonic maceration as the vinification method. Underripe wild strawberries join, and eventually ripe, giving strawberry syrup and raspberry jam. An unusual but delightful burgundy. Wine #500!
