Lovely wine, good tannins, fresh fruits. Tasted stemmy probably because of the slightly underripe grapes. Thought of Envinate but not comparable, however for the price, this one is really good.

A wine perfect for pairing with food, specifically paired with a bison steak and asparagus tonight. The nose is heavy on the plum, with notes of grape flavored soda and granite, the flavor is very tannic, dry, and not as bold as I expected, but good, with a balanced acidity and notes of red fruits, but quickly dries out the mouth with a peppery finish. But for savory, mouth coating food, but not for easy drinking.

Like licking the Dawn Wall only darker.
Black and red fruit. Boysenberry mineral nose, supple mouthfeel with the definite impression of “cool”. No tannins to speak of. Great w Amatriciana. Acidity provides a nice cut.
