Big, heavy, and a touch too flabby. Definitely needs food.

Powerful. Good affinity to food. IMHO - a bit too in-your-face.

Beautiful garnet color, then fruity aroma is spreading even away from a glass. Ripped aroma and taste can be felt. Very calm. @800, Xuheng, 180811

Great red blend from DO Empordà of Catalan, a Spanish wine region that borders France. It's an interesting blend of French and Spanish grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Samsó (Cinsault), Garnatxa (Grenache), Syrah, Merlot, and Monastrell. Dark fruits, pine, wet mulch, fry leaves. Well integrated tannins. It's not exactly award winning but very enjoyable wine for the Winter.
