Delectable: this is not a Sauvignon Blanc but a Re Fosco, hearthy red from Friuli with superior bouquet. Rare wine from Carso, had it at Castello Di Miramare with Amel and friends. Paired it with swordfish roulade, grilled octopus and seafood saffron risotto.
