Honeymoon bottle pulled from the cellar! Deep, herbal and earthy nose with just a hint of black fruits showing through. Still light and lively on the palate with bright acidity. Flavors of dried plum and sour cherry lead to notes of dried sage and earth with great, fresh acidity. The finish is fresh and clean but fairly short with lots of herbal notes and crisp acidity.
