This was better than I remember it! Layers of minerality and fruit with moderate acidity and tiny bubbles. Was an unplanned purchased at the vineyard, but I'm so very happy to have five more bottles.

sweet, fresh raspberry and slight herbacious green on the nose. orchard apple, lemon zest on the palate with dense bubbles. fresh, delicate, medium plus acidity. great apprentif.
