Now this, the story told to us is that it is the brunello clone grown on Monsanto land and used to make wine only personally for the owner! Except for the few bottles our resto had, of course. Fresh and alive with figs and cherries and violets and underbrush, it certainly seemed like a brunello frame with a Chianti soul.
