Made bolognese tonight and this was a perfect pairing. Light tannins with mellow cherry overtones. Went well with dinner and I would buy this one again in a heartbeat. This was the 2019 in March of 2023.

Nice little Chianti. Hints of cedar which compliment the cherry overtones. Not an expensive wine but enjoyed with lasagna tonight. Had the 2019 in April of 2022.
