A good matured California cab. This wine drinks like a Bordeaux. It emphasized leather, black pepper, anise, eucalyptus and pine with a mild tart cherry and blueberry accent. The rounded tannins make this wine easy to drink and pair well with a bloody, gamey piece of meat. Not a salad wine.
