Light and approachable with just enough bitterness and acid to make it interesting. My go to picnic white.

A gigantic wine. Like a big glass full of butter. Weighty and unctuous on the palate, with some stone fruit. Not a fan.

A very approachable white wine to pair with fish or white meats. Very acidic with the smells of green apples and pears with hints of citrus and wet granite. When you drink this, you'll notice off the bat of lemon and lime zest and rind giving you the acidic tartness and even a little bitterness at the end. What comes through though is a slight floral note of sweet apples in the middle of the sip.
