Very light color. Almost clear. Slight effervescence and racy acidity. Good all purpose summer white.

Pale yellow colour, and some complexity on the nose with floral notes, stone fruits and hints of wild Mediterranean herbs.
Stone fruit and citrus hints on a well balanced palate, with nice minerality and acidity.
