Mar 8th, 2017Smoked pepperoni, pine, dried red berries, hints of vanilla foam and a nice, lingering minerality of stones & rocks evaporating rain. Spice red and black fruit, subtle tartness with a long, pleasant, fruity bitterness on the finish. Great complexity for the price!
