Actually 100% Sangiovese. Intense and bright aromas of cherries, plums and violets. Bright cherry fruit flavor with notes of leather and clove. Rich supple tannins and nicely balanced acidity. Bright and fresh tasting. Thank you Chris B! Revisited in October 2022. Still outstanding!

At first sip it was quite tannic but it smoothed out in the glass. Brought this one home from Florence Italy. Only made meatloaf but the dark chocolate for dessert was spot on with it
