a rosé that benefits from heaps of time being opened. sakuranbo, chalk, freshly stropped whet stone on nose and a vibrant palate with savoury acidity and texturally pleasing tannins. good stuff. get some if you can.

Serious booze. Slightly reduced aroma upon opening leading to ripe strawberry and a herbal, whole-bunch note. Incredibly fresh and varietal on the palate with a savoury sheen and green peppercorn flavours beautifully propped-up with lush, red-berry fruits.
