Paired with the Winter solstice. This feels like a super classic style, lacey textured and fresh acidity.

Fassy Bordeaux FTW. Red fruited, high acid, mineral and wonderfully toothsome and elegant. Cassis, mineral, dense and complex. Big structure. So balanced. Great classical styled Bordeaux. Love this.

Classic. Utterly classic. Like it was 1921. Very pure and ripe but so restrained. This is awesome. Flavors of red plum, cassis and incredible freshness. Amazing balance and length.

Fuller bodied, easy to drink alone or with a piece of dark chocolate. Enjoyed this smooth glass on a Friday night — no regrets! Definitely my favorite bottle so far from Dry Farm Wines.

Boring red. Not oaked but still tasted like it to me.
