This red blend from Lodi is aged in Bourbon American oak barrels for 3 months. Fruit forward with carmel and tobacco notes.

Full bodied and spicy with a medium minus finish.

Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up and shows some structure and tannins.

Really robust. Juicy and bursting with wham bam flavors. A very balanced bold red.

Dry. Oaky. The Cabernet with this label is better.

This surprised me with a depth of flavor and smoky finish without the expected astringent texture or after burn. Really good with robust dishes or just by itself, and a gateway red for whiskey lovers.
