I had a glass at Imperial Hotel the other day after dinner. Hmm... very stylish scent of rose and raspberry, but perhaps I like classic Barolo more.

Lovely bright cherry, stewed strawberry, black raspberry, bright plum on the nose. Med tannin, really smooth, med finish. Nice easy drinking Barolo.

Light, old world Barolo. Spicy hot nose and palate with sour red cherry, leather, and earth floor. Sweetness develops an hour out of the bottle. Medium body with structured tannins and a short, tart finish.
