Popcorn and pity wine

Grassy, honeydew, jalapeño/bell pepper, lemon zest. Medhigh acidity. Med body. Paired well with the soft goat Gouda.

Very fragrant wth floral and citrus which extend to the palate. This is a CB that rivals the best from New Zealand. It paired well with sashimi and lightly grilled Swordfish and Tuna. After dinner it continued to satisfy.

Excelent savignon. Very rasty, strong

Aroma of guava, pineapple, pear, red sweet pepper. Very nice medium acidity, medium plus finish. On the palate pear, tropical fruit, fresh herbs. Very good for sipping or with pork, chicken .

Pleasing smell to fruits, taste evolves once in mouth. It really stands out

Nice hot weather wine. Grapefruit, but not too sweet

Had this at Sammy's. Grassy with citrusy notes. Would be good be seafood, sushi
