Huge New Zealand cat pee and gooseberry nose, significant grassiness and herbaceousness, fairly round in the mid-palate with enough fruit to support the acid. Lengthy finish of straight pink grapefruit rind. I was so done with this style of SB 10 years ago.

Nice reasonably priced Sauvignon Blanc from Chile. Crisp with apple and grapefruit notes and enough minerality to balance out the fruit. Great for a Summer evening at the beach with some chèvre and brie.
