Many miles traveled and memories shared together with this bottle. Was great to see the cork flush and perfect after cutting the foil. Struggled getting the cork out as was very firm with the bottle. And a perfect color to the wine. Full aromas of dark cherry, smoked meat, toasted oak, ground dark chocolate and a little liqueur in the mouth. But showing near perfect for its age!!

Special production on the best vintage, really really smooth, very fine tannin and now overpowering acidity, great structure, also 30 mths in French oak.
