Full bodied, smooth without overbearing oak. Plenty tannic, nice w/ steak

Pretty. Understated, unfolds in the glass. Complex. Meaty.

Ripe and more on the modern side. A crowd pleaser.

2009, big and ripe sour cherry

Elegant aromas: dried orange peel, cinnamon, cherry.. fresh mouth but not angular, smooth tannins, clean, long finish.

42 months in barrel - current release. Wow.

I've always found their wines to be heavy handed. this is restrained and beautiful.
