Clean, mineraly, racy, my first time with this indigenous varietal. Was awesome with my pancetta pizza at Pausa (btg).

Feb 19th, 2017No history of wine here! Swamp till WWII. 1000 acres bought and slowly converted to wine after trials. Grape is Bellone in a village in Lazio. Native. Very fruity and floral but acidic and refreshing nose with hints of melon and white fruits. Palate is complex and acidic and balanced with sea salty and minty elements and long finish of acids and minerals. 13.5% ABV. JL tasting 10/11/16 Central Italy. $10 insane value. Bought one.
