Colares Malvasia
Wine Blogger Aristide
Malvasia 100% from Colares, most western and smallest wine region in Portugal. High acidity and iodine and saltiness contribute to a complex wine profile, with very long aging potential. Now is perfectly matching our seafood and fish meals in a smart restaurant in downtown Lisbon, the Rabo de Peixe.

May 15th, 2019What a wine! It got richer with time in bottle. Just ripe lemons, intriguing basil and rosemary notes. Acid shows really tense, with a beautiful saline texture. Long.
