Again, one of the best, if not the best, producer for the money from the region. Chalk, herbs and overripe citrus have a tropical edge on the nose that emerges on the steely, salty, all-there-but-barely-there-at-all palate. A long shot with roast chicken and potatoes, favas, capers and preserved lemon, but it killed.
