Caulino Falanghina

Interesting and delicious. Oily and salty. On the richer side.

Honeysuckle aromatics, mineral on the tongue.

The 2022 Falanghina Caulino is understated, with honeyed florals, ground ginger and wet stones. It’s soft and round, almost oily in feel, with crisp acidity as ripe orchard fruits soothe the senses. Really was digging this. Rich but fresh all the same.
