Oggi means today, and if today is a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday... I would recommend this wine. At this price point, you will find nothing that goes down as happily. Very interesting story behind how it's made too. Not quite a Ripasso, but borrowing in ideology. I wouldn't open this to impress anyone, but if you're drinking wine with a spicy curry lentil soup on a Sunday afternoon like I am, you'd be a fool to open anything else.

I guess it's alright. Using this to chase a Tuscan Cabernet Franc, a 6 year old Rioja and a 10 year old Brunello. Right.

It was a very bland wine, with very little taste. Not too strong or dry at all. Not one of my favorites.

Weird aromas and flavours on this Zin. Like plum flavoured cotton candy. It's soft, smooth and jammy. You can find better Primitivo's for a buck or two more. 2013 vintage.
