Smells and tastes amazing. Jon bought it at the new wine store and we drank it with salmon burgers outside.

Big and bold, just like a Carmenere should be. Almost purple in the glass, with a nose of chocolate and dark berries. Tastes of blackberries, tobacco, and cherries on the palate. It has a nice, long finish with good tannin balance.

Peppery, balanced tannins. Almost like a spicy grilled jalapeño pepper. Carmenere grape local to Chile. Grown at the base of the Andes mountains in central Chile. Nice bold red to pair nicely with red meat.
