Really tasty wine. Was a WSJ wine. Definitely black cherry with a hint of spice. Higher alcohol but wasn’t hot. Full body with subtle tannins on a long finish. Really enjoyed this one. Would drink again.

Dark berry in the forefront on both aroma and taste. Nice depth of flavor, balanced acidity with a hint of vanilla, a touch of zippy spice and nearly tannin-free finish. It's a blend with the Tinta Roriz #port grape which brings the dark dried berry richness. There's quite a lot of interesting layers in this young #portuguese red.

Prepare yourself, this complex red has a 15% alcohol context! Fruit forward, medium bodied, complex and chocolatey.

Bold cherry and almost smoky blueberry flavors paired very well with spicy Szechuan food, yet the surprisingly thin body made for an easy drink. (2013 vintage)

Drank with homemade fish stew, cod in Hull, MA - excellent pairing

Spicy and dark fruit notes but surprisingly light on the palate. Was expecting a tannic wonderland but it never happened.
