Not too shabby, for the oldest winery in the Western Hemisphere. Especially good with cheese fingers.

Fruit, lip Puckering acid, went down a treat with seafood. That's a win for Mexican wine.

Well balanced with just a hint of oak. Very smooth. A hint of creaminess and apricot.

Not as smooth as I'd like but a decent wine.

Who knew Mexico made nice drinkable whites? Some fruit definitely but also some acidity to balance.

First time ever tasting a Mexican wine. I love the fact of more and more countries getting involved in production of different foods & wines. Wine was good, fruity and fresh. Well priced at a Tulum restaurant as well. I will explore further the Mexican Wine Connection :)
