Meh. A bit on the acidic side. Hoping that it needs more time to breathe. It’s not terrible, but I certainly wouldn’t want to be that guy that brought this to the party ....

A lot of sediment (2009) but otherwise very nice for the price. Dark, dark red.

Unexpectedly good. At trial sip, tanning was quite strong, but over time, it is getting mellow, but still robust structure with tannin. Aroma was good at begging, because initial is oak aroma, then is changed into a bit grassy. Anyway, this is the one we can feel standard merlot taste. 2nd day, aroma is back to original with stable and matured taste. It should be better than 1st day. @600, Breeze Center, 161031

Fireplace and herb whiffs, dark cherry, tomato stalk, chewy tannins. I have a deep appreciation for Chilean wines, merlot showing so much differently there.
