Normally I adore Carmenere's. This one is too high in sulfur which some of you love, but wine should not taste like urine smells and smell like rotten eggs. Decanting helped slightly. Cooking with it may be the only hope for saving it.

Spicy, cedar, red pepper, red fruit, and hints of barnyard on the nose. Medium plus body with nicely integrated tannins and high acidity. Felt it gave more on the nose than palate. Its more savoury in the mouth, with hints of chocolate, vanilla, and white pepper.
