I applaud the effort but hard to believe this is Nebbiolo. Deep and fruit forward, maybe even off-dry? Rich, concentrated pomegranate character but bottled in clear glass as if meant to be drunk young and chilled. Grapey.

My first Mexican wine… and I want to find more! Does not resemble Nebbiolo. But beyond that not bad with a fruit front and silky back with a weird avocado octopus going on!?!?! Interesting and good for sure.

Nebbiolo from Baja California! Quite fruity, would not have guessed Nebbiolo, but interesting to try nonetheless.

It’s unique, but not necessarily in a good way. Heavy rubber and licorice, almost to the tune of cough syrup. It’s an interesting varietal but I wouldn’t buy this again.
