The 2016 Encruzado is a beautiful wine reminiscent of Chablis. Spiced pear, Meyer lemon, honeydew and hints of tropical fruit on the finish. Slight reduction is well done. Outstanding QPR.

May 19th, 2017I was not familiar with this grape and the wine was nowhere close to what I expected... I'm sure it's lovely just not for me. I was expecting something crisp and light, and I felt like this drank more like a California Chardonnay.
