2014. Tonight was going to be a no-wine night but while preparing for dinner this just seemed to be just the right thing. Petrichor on the nose leaning a bit to petrol. Terrific, vibrant acid along with a pleasing mouthfeel. Clean, tart citrus on the finish. Yep. Just the right thing.

Varietally correct. Under screw cap and reduced after about 30 mins. Great back label concept.

Aromas of mandarin and apples with a hint of petrol. Bright acidity and nearly bone dry. Impressive inaugural vintage.

Really lovely crisp Riesling. Lemon peel, peach, flinty. Went perfectly with freshly shucked oysters and hard goat cheese.
