Impressive! Despite 13.7%! Green apple at first. Mexican limes. I am pretty sure this will age well. Was even better out of the 5 gallon keg at the tasting room. So fresh! A ton of acid! Hint of Keffir lime. I look forward to get some age on it.

This is the Green Ranch riesling. Really nice wine - reminds me of a good vintage Alsatian riesling. I bet it will age very well.
