Some aromes of lemon, sea shells, saline both on the nose and palate, nice volume and texture, the acidity is crisp with some richness to the wine also, it’s fresh, balanced, generous, and with good length, impressed by the quality of this Chassagne Villages.
Des notes de citron confit, de coquillages, un peu salin au nez comme en bouche mais avec un peu de gras et su beau volume, belle texture, c’est vif et frais tout en ayant une certaine plénitude, une très belle longueur. Un excellent Chassagne Villages. 91-92

Superbe village de Caroline Morey. Le vin s’est présenté en 2 temps. Un vin un peu sur la retenue à l’ouverture, et il s’est mis à s’ouvrir complètement en mangeant un risotto au canard et champignons. Le match était parfait et à l’aveugle j’aurais été sur un premier cru !

Caroline Morey chassagne chambrées 2017
One of the best Chassagne villages that I have had in 2017. Henri Germain was the best Meursault village in 2017 that I have drunk. The 2 producers are among those at the top of the qualitative pyramid in my opinion. For this Chassagne from the opening we have notes of honeysuckle, acacia and hazelnut. Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the palate, the attack is powerful on lemon, acacia and the mid-palate is sustained with a finish worthy of a premier cru. Certainly very young but I had to try it to know the starting point. A great success for the appellation
