A humble sparkler with lots to appreciate. So pretty in the glass. Flavors that linger around for a bit. Bone dry, full of fruit.
The bitter interesting sides of fruit we don’t think about too often.
Think thick white bitter pith of ruby red grapefruit. Dry, tart, sour raspberry funk, green strawberry.
