93% Chardonnay and 7% Roussanne from Carol's Estate Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley. Pretty nose with ripe nectarine, flowers and a subtle touch of fresh herbs. Round and juicy with impeccably integrated wood and balancing acidity. Nice length with subtle spiciness and a touch of almonds. Terrific value. Like a hypothetical blend of Burgundy and white Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
