Jan 12th, 2022Surprised this is called a dessert wine at 15.5% alcohol. Other than some sweetness this tastes like the funky taste of a slightly higher than usual alcohol content Zinfandel. Marketing ploy to put into split bottle and charge full price? Not worth the price.

The really tart punchy berry has subsided long ago, and given to an austere blend of fruit and oak, with the bramble hanging around way in the back. Great with chocolate.
