Founded in 1972 by Francis and Kathleen Mahoney and jointly with Bill Hambrecht was sold to Michael Mondavi in 2006. Sunshine yellow with aromas of stone fruits with citrus notes. On the palate peach and pear flavors with a lemon zest tang, toasty oak and vanilla spice. Good balance on a medium finish ending with some creamy mineral tones. Not overly complex. Tasting Sample.

Jun 21st, 2018Deep straw color with stone fruit aromas and oaky notes. Grapes sourced from cool growing region of Carneros, the palate shows apples and pears, some vanilla oak with vivid acidity. The wine is balanced and finishes a bit on creamy side.
