Wine flavored wine

Tonight I think I am having my first Portuguese table wine. This truly is not a bad wine.

On the nose I am getting blackberries, black plum, black currant, and rasisins.

On the palate there is a nice full body with notes of blackberries, black plum, black cherry, and some blueberry.

There is a medium + acidity, medium tannins and a good long finish.

For the price I don't think you can beat it.

Just not bad. Way better than almost anything else at that price point though.

Close to perfect Portugese wine with slight taste of red fruit.

Very sharp taste, a bit sour even. Very little tannins. Not what i personally look for in a wine. Would not have a second time.

Light aroma with medium body taste.

Berry aromas. Light tannins.

Quite good for $7!

Wine tasted like it had been opened for a while, vinegar-like

I didn't like the tannins, but good overall, probably would buy

Seems I've already had this one. Better with cheese and olives I think

Dark black fruit, smooth tannins, very dry, pepper. Love it
