Carmelo and his wine

Got this from Mr. Patti himself on a trip to Mendoza. He spent a great deal of time talking to us about his wine and what makes Mendoza, Mendoza. Was tremendous and don’t take us long to drink it.

At his winery

Easter bottle #1. 47% Cab Sauv/25% Malbec/20% Merlot/8% Cab Franc. Great dark fruits. Spice. Cedar. Complex aromas with an elegant long finish.

Enjoyed this amazing bottle of @carmelo_patti... He is quite a character himself. Wine was elegant, well structured and all flavors were well incorporated. Very complex and evolved as the evening went on.
