Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Deep ruby in color with a purplish rim.

Fruity nose of blackberries, blueberries, cherries, licorice, oak, vanilla, chocolate cake, coffee, peppercorn, earth, metals and bell pepper.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, bitter herbs, mint, biter vegetables, bell pepper, tobacco leaf, spices and peppercorn.

Nice length on the finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a very nice Red blend from Israel. Well balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food. Showing good complexity with a nice mouthfeel.

A blend of Carignan, Shiraz, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Petite Sirah and Viognier. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.

I paired it with light appetizers.

13.5% alcohol by volume.
