this is from a famous Galilee vinyard that was cut after catching a virus.
100% Riesling

high acidity.
medium + body.
silky oily 👄 of chamomile and other flowers, citrus variety (whole grapefruit and mostly peels of others), some 🍄 ,honey candies and flakes of toffee.

paired lovely with mediocre 🍣and 🍜 take away. this lovely creation deserves much more.

i need another bottle for a more serious pairing. and better glasses.
