Oct 1st, 2023Very perfumed on the nose, white flowers, ripe pears, green grapefruit, green melon, Mandarine peel, green chili. Fruity yet so much going on.
On the palate this starts off quite sweet yet there’s good depth, good flow, juicy acidity and a mineral backbone & salty finish.
Precision, on point balance, great character.
2021 is the vintage for Mosel?
