Estate Bottled Pinot Gris

A little RS gives this some nice versatility.

Residual sugar helped soften edges, a yummy Pinot Gris that went well with pomegranate/white bean Cristini and cheese. Great starter and/or easy sipper.

Little too sweet for me.

Crisp, slightly sweet.

Sweet and light

More residual sugar than I'm used to in a Pinot Gris, but delicious with our dinner of grilled chicken and Greek salad. Stood up well to the bolder flavors.

Little bit too much residual sugar for me, but not bad for the price. Aroma could use some work.

Abut on the sweet side.

Second time with this vintage and I still enjoy it :) #houseofpurevin

Slight sweetness of honey, but overall crisp and refreshing. An easy porch drinker, without too much complexity. Green apple, citrus, and a bit of acid.
